Officers from the Baltimore Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 400 block of South Pulaski Street shortly after 6 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 21, according to a spokesperson for the agency.
When officers arrived to the scene, they found a man - whose identifying information has not been released - who suffered a gunshot wound to the head.
The man was rushed to a nearby hospital by ambulance and has been listed in critical condition, police said. Due to the nature of the victim's injuries, homicide detectives have been called.
